Vigour Tea is combination of Withania Somnifera and Camellia Sinesis.
Action:
Ashwagandholine, an alkaloid, Withaferin A, Withanolides,
steroidal compounds. Ashwaganda is indicated for people who are exhausted,
depressed or emotionally distraught after a period of extreme stress.
Toxicity
and Safety:
No
known toxicity, this Ayurvedic herb is given to young children and elderly
people in India.
No significant side effects have been reported with Ashwagandha. Its
safety during pregnancy and lactation are known.

Direction
for Use:
Brew
one teaspoonful (approximate 2 GM) of eco-planet Vigour Tea for five
minutes in milk Strain it into a cup. Sugar could be added for taste.
Doses:
One
cup in the morning and night should be taken after meals.
